Pre & Postnatal Coaching
As a qualified specialist in pre and postnatal exercise, I will coach each woman safely through the trimesters, considering all the benefits and concerns of exercising while pregnant.
I will help you to be kind to yourself, and understand that our bodies may not be capable of doing what we want them to do right now, which is totally normal! I will be here to help you get back into shape afterwards and help navigate common postnatal issues many women experience!
Please note, all little ones are welcome along. I’m fully aware of the madness in trying to leave your home with little ones, don’t worry, I can come to you! Otherwise let’s combine the fresh outdoors with our workout, in a local park in Chelsea or nearby areas.
