Private Coaching

I offer 1:1 and 2:1 bespoke training programmes based on your health and fitness goals. This takes into account your current fitness levels, any injuries you may have and your nutrition. Considering each of these elements as well as your lifestyle makes sure what is produced is achievable and more importantly sustainable, so you can go from strength to strength.

I will continue to guide you outside our session so you feel fully supported, motivated and encouraged to succeed.

My sessions are 60 minutes long, this ensures we have enough time to achieve your goals sooner rather than later. However I don't want a busy schedule to get in your way of training. So I can coach you through a 30 minute session designed to maximise the smaller workout window.

We can workout in the comfort of your own home, via ZOOM, in a local park in Chelsea or nearby areas.
