Small Group Coaching

Why not bring your friends, colleagues or family along and workout together! With a maximum of 4 people per group, you will receive a personalised and tailored programme with exercises that can be adapted to all different fitness levels or current injuries in the group.

I will guarantee you will have a lot of fun, be sweaty in the end and longing for more!

Whether you can spare 30, 50 or 60 minutes (we don’t want to eat into your brunch time..) I will design a session to maximise your workout.

We can workout in the comfort of your own home, via ZOOM, in a local park in Chelsea or nearby areas.
